    Hello Everyone! I have some exciting news for the beginning of the year. I will be mainly working out of Optimum Training Centre Toronto starting today! OTC has a fantastic crew and an amazing facility. It is a personal training studio with an emphasis on excellence which I really appreciate.   • How to achieve lasting results

    We’ve all struggled with getting things done. This is a short article on how to create positive change in whatever you choose. The key is simple really. Too simple. First, you have to find ONE thing that will bring you closer to your goal. Some examples are: eating more quality protein for weight loss, exercising 2x more a week to increase your fitness, or write an article to help more people achieve their goals. The next step is to put everything else aside. Work on your ONE action item. Implement it for at least two weeks to one month. Then add in another action item.   • Phew! What an intense 2 weeks!

    So now I’m officially done my CHEK Practitioner Level 1 Course and have passed my exam. This part of my journey is complete! I’ve been working towards this certification since February 2016 and I’m glad it’s done! The assessments and tests we learned in this course help make me a better coach, which is always the goal. We had a fantastic group and it looks like Chek Practitioner Level 2 is on the horizon in mid-2017! Right before the final portion of Chek Practitioner Level 1 began, I decided I wanted to get FMS certified. So that’s what I did. I got my level 1 and 2 within the same week. It was intense but the information contained within FMS 1+2 and CHEK ....
